Terri Richardson earned her master’s degree at Grand Canyon University in Professional Counseling. She has worked with several core/community mental health agencies since 2012 helping individuals and families in crisis. Terri has served on the Hall county advisory board with the Hall county Juvenile RYDC and mentored teen girls through her non-profit organization, Purposed D.IV.A's! (Determined-Innovative-Victorious-Agents of change)
She has coached over  300+ couples in crisis in which she and her husband offer a separate coaching option for couples implementing faith-based principles under their marriage outreach known as The Duo's!
It was while working with the Division of Family & Children Services her need to complete her graduate studies degree to make a greater impact was confirmed. 
Terri oftentimes explains  to her clients “stronger families helps us build stronger communities” 
Chronicles Counseling/Coaching Services was birthed amongst other populations she serve working with individuals diagnosed mental health disorders throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
Her strengths are working with individuals, couples, relationship coaching, grief, divorced, trauma/crisis and group sessions.
