Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Born and raised in Detroit, I hold licensure in both Michigan and Georgia. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family Community Services and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University.

My passion lies in empowering women and supporting their growth and healing. This commitment is deeply rooted in my own personal journey and the privilege of working with women from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in divorce recovery, postpartum issues, anxiety, and navigating life transitions.
